  • Are your products genuine?

All our products are 100% official licensed products. We would never trade or deal in illegal products.

  • How can I find what I’m looking for?

If you know the specific item you’re looking for, then you can use the search bar above and click search for that item. Otherwise simply use the navigation options in the menu.

We break most of our products into easy definable categories; All page listings are then filterable in the dropdown menus below.

  • Product Size guide

You can find size guides at the bottom of the web page and you can find measurement instructions and suitable sizes for each product. Sizes may vary between brands, and fits may change between years so please check before purchasing.

  • Product Care guide

We are proud of our high-quality products, and you can find washing & care instructions on the inner labels of all our products, but here are some general tips to ensure your merchandise remains in tip-top condition for many years to come:

  • Wash according to the care label instructions
  • Wash with items that have similar washing instructions 
  • Try and always wash on the lowest temperature possible. The care label states the maximum temperature.
  • Turn items inside out to protect logos and prints
  • Avoid using too much, or too strong a detergent

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

We try our hardest to always have a full range of products in stock and offer you the widest selection; however, sometimes, popular products can sell out. Where possible we will attempt to restock these but cannot guarantee specific dates. Please email us and we will come back to you with an estimated ship date.

Team collections are generally launched at the beginning of the Formula 1 season (around Feb/March), with special and limited edition products being launched around specific events. These are often only available in small numbers and will not be restocked once sold out.

Generally, sale items are subject to availability whilst stocks last, and will not be restocked. You can keep an eye on our social channels and email newsletter to be kept up to date.

Whilst we endeavour to always have full ranges available, stock levels may vary with demand. Follow our social channels or emails to get the latest stock updates.

When can I expect to get my order?

Standard delivery is approximately 48 hours from despatch. Tracked 24 deliveries will arrive the next working day as long as you have ordered before 12pm. Next day deliveries are not guaranteed but this is the aim by Royal Mail. For printed items from the gallery, if we do not have the item in stock, it can take about 2/3 days to print before we despatch your order.

Which carrier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our items.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept payment with the following debit and credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa CPC, Maestro, Electron and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. We charge your credit card once the order is placed. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Can I return my order? 

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives at sales@madlymotorsport.com

Returned products must be unworn and returned within 28 days within their original packaging. The original Postage and Packaging costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty and you have returned the complete order.

We are also sometimes able to exchange a product.

Sale items must be returned in the same manner but within 7 days from receipt and these will qualify for an exchange only.

We recommend using a recorded/tracked service to return items to us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. For more information please see our delivery/returns information in our terms and conditions.

There's nothing wrong with the product, I've just changed my mind.

Cooling off period - You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund including any standard delivery postage charges that were made at the time of purchase. If you paid extra for express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard delivery charge (£3.00). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

As long as you are able to contact us before your item has been despatched, then this is not a problem. Unfortunately, once your order has been despatched we are unable to stop your shipment.

I haven’t received my order, what shall I do?

As we use Royal Mail delivery service, items are not classified as ‘lost’ until they have been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days and for an international item it is 30 days. However, please contact us at sales@madlymotorsport.com If you haven’t received your product within 5 working days from despatch and we will work with Royal Mail to try and track down your order. 

How Secure Is My Personal Information?

MadlyMotorsport Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality. Please read our privacy statement in our terms and condition for further information.

I’m not receiving emails from MadlyMotorsport, why?

With some systems, MadlyMotorsport emails have, occasionally, been going into Trash or Junk mail.  To ensure that this doesn’t happen (our emails are well worth reading), then you may need to add MadlyMotorsport to your safe sender list.

I have a complaint, what should I do?

We are extremely worried to hear this, we don't like complaints as we try our very best to keep all our customers happy. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any part of our service or products please let us know. It is really important that you put your complaint in writing to us at sales@madlymotorsport.com so that we can investigate your issue thoroughly and provide you with the best and fastest response.

Customer Email Enquiries - Response Time

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day where possible.  In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will respond as soon as we can and definitely no later than 5 days from receipt of your query.
