Delivery Overview

MadlyMotorsport aims to deliver your goods as quickly and securely as possible from your order being placed (Monday to Friday). Working Days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. All packages are sent via Royal Mail or a designated courier service within the UK. Alternatively, International Tracked or Signed for International orders.

Delivery Times

From despatch, the estimated standard delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3 - 5 working days
  • Europe: 4 - 8 working days
  • North America & Rest of World: 7 - 14 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10 – 21 days
  • Next Day Delivery to United Kingdom - Next working day*

*If the Postal Service is used then - Express Tracked 24 Delivery - is available at an additional cost (see Shipping Costs below) using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Delivery Service. This is a fully tracked service and Royal Mail aim to deliver these items the next working day after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. Orders must be placed by 13:00 hrs Monday - Friday to guarantee we have enough time to process the order and despatch it to you.

Standard deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service which is a 2-3 day service.

  • UK Standard delivery FREE over £70.00 spend
  • UK Standard delivery (4-6 days) - £4.95
  • Next Day Delivery (1-2 days) delivery- £7.65
  • European Standard delivery - £12.00
  • International Signed For via Airmail - £21.00

Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. 

International Delivery

Our international delivery costs are based on a maximum weight of 1kg. This will be sufficient to cover most typical orders of 2-3 items. However, should the weight of the package exceed 1kg then we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge accordingly.  In the event that this occurs we will contact you prior to despatching the item.

Our international orders are despatched on a duty unpaid basis.  Please be aware that recipients outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination relevant to that country. . Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please check with the relevant authorities of the country in question before placing an order. 

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.


  1. Cooling off period

You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund. If you paid extra for express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard delivery charge (£3.00). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty. We will then refund your item. 

  1. Cancellation

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email as soon as possible quoting your order number. Providing the order has not already been despatched we will make any changes requested. However, if the order has already been processed this will not be possible, in this instance please follow the normal returns procedure.

  1. Unwanted Products - Refund or Exchange

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packaging and all tags attached within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please pop the original despatch note in and advise us what you wish to do and the reason for return. We will then refund or exchange your item. This applies only to merchandise items and not artwork, we do not accept returns on any artwork or canvas's. They are all bespoke and individual. 

  1. Sale Items

Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt and will qualify for an exchange only. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair or compensation where the goods are faulty.

  1. Faulty/Not as Described Items

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately on email us at:

We will, subject to availability, replace the item immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price of the item and any postage incurred by the customer. The shipping of any returned goods remains the responsibility of the customer.

  1. How to Return an Item

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

Unfortunately we will only refund any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning items to us to the value of £3.00.
